I was honored to be hired by this Dubai couple to photograph their destination wedding in The Maldives after their worldwide search for a wedding photographer who shared their journalistic style perspective. This assignment required 24 hours of air travel to reach their exclusive tropical venue though just one plane change in Dubai en route to Male.
This photogenic couple planned a relaxing wedding weekend which included exchanging vows at sunset on the beach at the stunning Four Seasons Resort at Landaa Giraavaru. I loved capturing the energy and loving expressions of this couple especially evident whenever they were near each other. Fireworks were timed as festive backdrop for the newlyweds’ cake cutting on the beach.
I have photographed dozens of tropical destination weddings but none more memorable or enjoyable than this one.
