We really enjoyed this Atlanta wedding assignment which actually included two wedding ceremonies. Days before their American style wedding, the couple exchanged vows honoring the groom’s cultural tradition wearing colorful African attire.
The couple chose The Estate in Buckhead for their ceremony and reception. We documented preparations both upstairs – for the bride and her attendants – and downstairs in the wine cellar for the groom with his groomsmen and ushers.
The ceremony was quite elegant and featured gorgeous red roses as floral accents. After the exchange of vows and recessional of the happy couple, we gathered a few formal groupings before heading into the mansion for the dinner and dancing reception. The bride changed into a festive party dress which set the tone for an evening of jovial antics on the dance floor. The newlyweds departed in their getaway car down a sparkler lined path headed to a joyous married life together. Onward!
